Press black with a fading tan head.Nose shows cocoa, liquorice, roasted malt, bready malt.Flavours include more roasted malt, cocoa, toasty notes. Very moreish.

Can. Black with a tan head that hangs around a while. Rich chocolate aroma with liquorice, blackberries and light spices. Quite a bit of body, moderate carbonation. More roast than expected from the aroma. More rich than sweet because quite firm bitterness counters things nicely at the end. Fills a niche in that it feels like a bigger stout than it is. Good stuff.
