Unser Weißbier ist obergärig, mit hohem Hefegehalt und heller Farbe; also ein weißes Weißbier – süffig, fruchtig und hefetrüb! Unter dem Motto „Hauptsache die Hefe stimmt“, eweist auch das zweite Bier aus Ismaning humorvollen Charme und bringt die Genießer zum Schmunzeln. Ein toller Sommergenuss!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5

Hazy yellowish. Aroma is earthy grassy hops, slight grapes, much grains, a bit dusty. Taste is yeast forward spicyness with unripe banana, a bit metallic on the tongue. Not very balanced. Meh.

Bottle. Milky yellow, white cream. Light spicy pudding aroma, milk sugar. medium full body, chewy, light mealy. ok citrus, grassy, light banana milk. Interesting.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is bananas, cheesecake, lightly hoppy. Taste is banana cream, cheesecake, fresh and smooth, a bit late hops. Creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good Weizen!
