We’ve collaborated with the team at Chow Down to produce a ridiculously light and juicy sunny delight of a pale ale for you to chow down on outdoors with some good food, good friends and sunshine! Extra pale malt, naked oats and wheat combine to make an incredibly delicate and smooth body, Mandarin Juice and Orange Zest bring ALL the juice! We finished the beer with a sprinkle of Citra and Azzaca post fermentation to finish the beer with a gentle zing of tangerine, pineapple and passionfruit. It does still remain however, a very, very orangey beer.

440ml can bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Oslo Sentrum. Pours a chalk white head over a cloudy yellowish body, spotty lacing. Prominent aromas of mandarin when opening the can. Fresh taste of citrus drops alongside moments of pineapple. Plain juice fruity ending, with light bitterness. Easy to drink, slightly diluted, but quite alright when watching the match between England and Italy on TV. (Tromsø 11.07.2021).
