Quite simply, a DIPA version of our west coast IPA: Pigs All Day. A full malt base carries a deep pine sap bitterness. Strong citric flavours lead the aromatic charge. The finish is dry and quenching.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from The Experiment. Pours unclear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Medium sweetness, supportive sun-kissed malts, a hint of honey, gooey pine, rindy citrus. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming and resinous to finish, nice piney and grassy bitterness, more sturdy citrus fruits, a little mango. Excellent stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 05/06/21. Very light haze on a golden orange with a decent white cap. Nose is light weed, pine, grapefruit, orange zest, grass, hint of citric piss. Taste comprises juicy tropical fruits, pine resin, grapefruit, pineapple, mandarin, light stoned fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness and a balanced rising boost level. Decent DIPA fayre.
