We brewed this Traditional German Hefeweizen with the freshest local ingredients that we could source. Hundreds of pounds of wheat were, grown and harvest from right here on our farm.
We said buh-bye to reinheitsgebot and loaded this yeast forward wheat beer with fresh strawberry and plenty of banana esters from the yeast that we used.

(Can) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Wheaty, spicy nose with notes of white bread, strawberries, clove and banana. Malty, spicy taste with white bread, ripe strawberries, clove and banana. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced. Works better than it sounds. Quite nice.
