To celebrate IWCBD in 2021 we have created a TIPA loaded with some of our favourite hop varieties. For the grist we put together a blend of extra pale, flaked oats and chit for plenty of body. We whirlpooled with Bru-1 then dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Idaho-7 and Bru-1 hops to bring overripe tropical aromatics.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 26/08/21. Hazed marmalade orange with a good sized off white head. Nose is bitter orange, spruce tips, grapefruit, pine needle, ripe melon. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, blood orange, grass, mixed tropical fruit esters, trace of hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with balanced grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent well balanced DIPA with a rising boost offered ... sips fairly easy for the double digitness.
