Bottle from the brewpub drank at temporary home. As I’ll be shortly leaving Romania, how could I turn down a beer called Dracula? Of course I couldn’t, so here goes.. Hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, damp cardboard, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Having been to “Dracula’s castle” and travelled Transylvania, I was blown away by the beauty. Never once did I think to myself “this reminds me of damp cardboard”.
