1664 Créations - French Gold Lager, a generously malted lager which features the spring barley malt, cultivated in the East of France. The barley is crushed and mixed with hot water to obtain a wort rich in delicately sweet aromas. The French spring malt is then transformed into beer thanks to the yeast. Our French Gold Lager reveals delicate sweet flavors and subtle aromas of honey.

Bottled 330ml. -from Casino Albertville. Darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty herbal nose. Malty, herbal, light grainy and dry bitterish finish. One of many.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Moldy malty aroma. Starts mild, malty. Some herbal notes, modest dry. Grainy background. Finish a bit metallical. Okay.

Bouteille (Merci encore une fois, Stephane!) : Deep golden, clear, very stable creamy white head, sweet grainy (corny, a bit syrupy)nose; mild sweetish flavour with a delicate bitterness, medium bodied; sweet grainy finish with a slight alcohol burn in the aftertaste. L'ennui français...

33cl bottle from a trade with Quack-Duck, thanks! A clear dark golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt, some honey and herbal hops. Taste of sweet grainy malt, pale malt, straw, dull hops.
