Kölsch este un stil de bere tradițional nemțesc apărut în zona orașului Koln. Totuși, fiind un produs cu indicație geografică protejată, pentru a putea purta numele Kölsch, berea trebuie produsă pe o rază de 50 KM în jurul Kölnului. Tocmai de aceea îi spunem simplu "Blondă". Pentru această bere folosim malț adus din N-V germaniei și drojdie chiar de la o mică fabrică din Köln. Berea pe care o ții în mână este fermentată și maturată natural până atinge gustul specific, lejer și răcoritor.

Bottle @Romania2Ulfborg. Clear light golden, white head. Malty aroma, corn flakes. Malty, slightly grainy flavour, sweet.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, straw, little citrus and hops. Sweet malty finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light grainy and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 051220

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks troubles. Cloudy yellow, white head. Graininess, somewhat spicy, fruity, sweetish, bread, light bitterish hint with a bitter finish.

TAP at BCBF 2017. Hazy straw, creamy white head. Strong white bread, dough and wheat flour, more like a Czech pilsner. Similar taste - pleasantly grainy and slightly fruity, light crisp spicy bitterness. A very nicely done kolschner.
