Here at Deeds Brewing we have been making great beer since 2012, and in 2015 we found our base and planned a brewery. In early 2019 we finally released the first brew from our Glen Iris home, proving sometimes the best things in life can take ‘Double the Time’. Our Hazy Pale delivers a fresh, tropical fruit aroma complemented by subtle tones of pine, reminding us that good things come to those who wait.
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe

(Can) Pours hazy golden with good white head. Subtle pine and herb aroma. Light body with bright carbonation. Flavour has a pleasant subtle balance of light bready malt and pine and herb happiness. There’s some refreshing tartness at the start and some gentle bitterness in the finish. Pleasant easy drinking. 375ml can from School of Animals, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, funky yeast, light citrus fruits. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light piney, light orange citrus, light dry pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Press hazy gold, large white head.Nose shows floral hops, peach and nectarine, soft spicy hops, a bit of biscuity malt. Very clean.Flavours include more peach, spicy and herbal hops, biscuit malt and a hint of a bready note too. Finishes clean with an assertive bitterness.

Half pint at Alehouse Project, pours a hazy yellow rocky white head that crowned the glass. Nose has grass, fresh cream, pineapple, herbs. Flavor has pineapple, melon, malt, grass, herbs. Finishes mostly dry, bitter. Honestly, reminded me a bit of Trillium Fort Point.

Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, pineapple and the slightest hint of tobacco. The grapefruit is strong on the tongue. Not overly long. An easy drinker but pretty forgettable.
