今回は佐藤農園で育った神奈川県産ブランド玄米の「はるみ」を原料に使用。「はるみ」はキヌヒカリとコシヒカリを交配して生まれた品種で、2017年にはお米の食味ランキングで最高位の特Aを獲得しました。このビールは玄米からくるナッツのよう香ばしさに加え、ドイツホップ由来のハーブやスパイシーなアロマが特徴。軽い口当たりですっきりとした味わいのブロンドエールスタイルです。

TDM 1874 Brewery Brown Rice Beer 5% Matte gold with white fizzy foam and a fresh grainy rice aroma with perfume floral sweet tart aromatics. Quite full bodied and dry with a chewy grainy character and crisp floral lemony finish. Nice easy sipper. Peak sakura is long past by Yamashina canal.

excellent slightly spicy nose of nectarines, mint and honeydew. Medium body. Modest bitterness. Dry spicy finish. Excellent balance. Excellent blonde ale

Can, mail order from the brewery. A local product beer made with Kanagawa brown rice, aiming to make it crisp and light for the summertime. Medium golden, bright and clear, with a tall head. Nose is grainy, malt, lemony hops, fruity esters. Light biscuits, not at all thin. Crisp, clean, bready, nice hop presence gives a very even, balanced flavor. Somewhat kolsch-like, with lemony, herbal hops. Crushable body and drying finish makes me wish I had more.
