Wenn dirty, dann so richtig! Haben wir uns gedacht und uns direkt auch eine Schüttung mit 30 Malzsorten überlegt.
Den Großteil davon hat Markus direkt im nahegelegenen Bamberg abgeholt. Zusammen mit Karl-Ludwig Rieck von Weyermann, ebenfalls ein Kumpel aus dem Studium, haben sie sich eine schöne Malzmischung ausgedacht.
Darunter sind viele verschiedene Röst-, Karamell- und Basis-Malze – von Gerstenmalz, über Weizenmalz und Roggenmalz bis hin zu Dinkelmalz.

Hazy kann ja jeder, wir machen‘s DIRTY!!!

Bottled 330ml. -not sure is this from Lidl or Getränke Oase Munich but probably Oase. Dark amber/brownish coloured, medium sized off-white head, burnt caramel and hops in the nose. Vinous roasted malt, burnt caramel, subdued chocolate and light tropical fruity hoppy with light trace of alcohol in the finish.

0.33 l bottle from 'Flaschenfreund', best before January 2019. Clear, very dark ruby with a large, frothy, stable, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty, quite fruity and slightly resiny aroma of lots of blueberry, tropical fruits and some chocolate. Quite sweet, malty, just slightly roasty, rather fruity and slightly resiny taste of chocolate, licorice, lots of blueberry, some tropical fruits and a touch of pine, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, quite resiny finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Well-balanced BIPA, not that roasty but rather fruity, not too deep though.
