本来はラガー酵母(下面発酵酵母)で造られるメルツェンを、エール酵母(上面発酵酵母)を使って発酵させました。言わば、ラガーとエールのハイブリッド。長期低温熟成を経て、トーストしたパンのようなモルトの甘みとホップの苦味が調和したビールです。アルコール度数は5.5％、どんな食事とも相性の良い、バランスの取れた仕上がりになっています。
