Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Brew Testament. Pours clear gold with a big, frothy white head that quickly settles into a foamy film. Not bad, has some basic dry crispy wheat flakes, some flinty minerality, crispy straw, lemon rind. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. A little bitter in the finish, nips of grass, a light metallic/mineral edge, pale grains. Drinkable.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is dough, fresh yeast, some fruit jelly, wouldn't have guessed gooseberries. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Keg at MK VHX, 13/08/18. Almost clear golden orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is tangy green berry, modest funk, toasted grains, lemon rind, straw. Taste comprises light green berry must, gooseberry tang, gentle citric sherbets, stale bread, grassy bite, light herb. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison.
