Not your typical Belgian Pale Ale, Ninja Sauce balances tropical Mosaic hops with subtle spice and bright citrus notes from the Belgian yeast. Light bodied, fruity, and ever so drinkable.

Draught at source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, mellow fruitiness. Taste is spicy and tangy. Belgiany for sure but perhaps a bit hoppier.

16oz pour at Red Apron Union Market, pours a clear orange, white sticky head. Nose has flowers, herbs too, yeasty, almost Belgian, pineapple. Flavor has a very candy and Belgian kick, pineapple, Curacao orange. Finishes high carb. Fine. 7 3 7 2 12

Light florals and some tang. Pours golden with decent head. Lemon peel tang finish. Ok but elements could mesh better. Can.
