Keg at the Atlas taproom, DC, 13/04/23. Almost clear golden blonde with a white cap that clears edgewards. Nose is vinous, light funk dusting, lemon rind, herb, damp cloth. Taste comprises hedgerow, light funk, lemon tinged straw, damp oak, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow acidic rip. Decent enough easy drinking sour.

Draft: Poured unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is grainy, fruity, citrus, woodsy, funky. Taste is grainy, fruity, citrus, tartness.

Tap at the brewery in Washington DC. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sour, woody, vinegar, woody, mealy apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet bretty funk, tart pineapple, lemon rind, mellow tart. Palate is semi sweet, tart, prickly carbonation, mellow sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Brett, funk, clean lemon tart, light grain. Medium body. Less going on than the barrel aged but also nicer.

Better than the ginavit aged version, but that's about all this beer has going for it. Some orange and lime. Golden pour with ok head. Tangy finish. Tap at brewery.
