Eine echte Bierspezialität: Weich, würzig und prickelnd im Geschmack. Gerade weil es unfiltriert ist, enthält dieses Bier viele Mineralien und Vitamine. Man kann es fast als Energietrunk bezeichnen. Auch wird Braumalz aus den Gersten unserer Erzeugergemeinschaft sowie Caramelmalz verwendet.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Poured into steinkrug. Probably pale bronze colour with a haze, rich head. Grassy lightly floral nose. Mid sweet with medium body and soft. Bready, lightly fruity malt, mild grassy hops. Gently bitter finish. An harmonious malty kellerbier, although I would have preferred it less sweet and fruity.

Bottled 500ml. Tnx Franz and Liina! Slightly hazy yellow-golden color, small white head. Grainy-malty aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Unfiltered grainy flavor. A bit mineraly. Quite typical representative of its style.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, sour hay, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, hay - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130217]

500ml bottle [gusher]. Slightly cloudy golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, slightly spicy husky aroma foreshadows some malt sweetness. Taste is counter-intuitively minimally tart, grainy and husky, cautious bitter hoppy overtones. Aroma promised a stronger, heavier and more balanced taste

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with some grass and pine cones. Lightly peppery. Quite bitter in the mouth, dry and medium bodied, with a pleasant carbonation level. Pale malts, grass, pine cones and some fruityness in the flavor, finishing fruity and bitter. A pleasant, quenching and tasteful beer that would do good on any summer day. 130217
