Eine echte Bierspezialität: Weich, würzig und prickelnd im Geschmack. Gerade weil es unfiltriert ist, enthält dieses Bier viele Mineralien und Vitamine. Man kann es fast als Energietrunk bezeichnen. Auch wird Braumalz aus den Gersten unserer Erzeugergemeinschaft sowie Caramelmalz verwendet.

500 ml bottle at Gasthof Goldenes Lamm in Rothenburg, Germany. Slightly hazy yellow-golden color, smallish white head. Grainy, malty aroma. Light to medium bodied. Earthy grainy flavor is a touch bit minerally. Slightly lingering grainy bitter finish. Tasted on 8/18/19.

Touches of vanilla and tropical fruit in the soft aroma. Earthy hoppy citric flavor. Apple. Somewhat sharp mouthfeel. The earthy hoppiness lingers on a bit in the aftertaste.

Tap at the Franconian Beerfest 2019. Lightly hazy, just a bit more than the Helles. Too warm. A bit of estery peaches, apples. A bit heavy, made worse by the warmness. Apples. Lightly oxidized.

Tap(Fränkisches Bierfest 2018): Golden, small but stable white head, mild bitter-fruity nose with even milder hoppy spots; light bodied to watery, light bitter-sweet flavour; mild - again - and slightly lingering grainy-bitter finish. Not good...

Tap. Clear deep golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is grainy, juicy malts, caramel. Taste is slightly buttery, caramel, a bit off. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation.Tap. This time, it's very clean, nothing off there, but just a bit unimpressive.

Hell herber Beginn, trocken, fast gänzlich ohne Süße. Das Bier bleibt trocken und wird im Mittelteil bitter, wenig getreidig, etwas monoton. Geringe Würzigkeit. Naja.. 8/7/8/7/8/7

Cloudy, yellow-golden colored, medium+ white head, decent lasting. Aroma is grainy, bready yeast, sulphur and grassy hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, bread, yeasty, some grains and sulphur, low strawy bitterness. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation.

Lichttroebel geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter met iets van gras en brood. Goed bier maar niet bijzonder.
