Eine echte Bierspezialität: Weich, würzig und prickelnd im Geschmack. Gerade weil es unfiltriert ist, enthält dieses Bier viele Mineralien und Vitamine. Man kann es fast als Energietrunk bezeichnen. Auch wird Braumalz aus den Gersten unserer Erzeugergemeinschaft sowie Caramelmalz verwendet.

Opalescent yellow colour, moderate sized dense snow-white head; aroma of wheaty-grainy, lemon zesty and some fruity-apple peel-like notes; taste is similar to the aroma with some hoppy bitterness; good one

Dark orange with a foaming, white head of modest duration. Aroma of mixed grains and apples. Taste is mildly bitter up front, a little more assertive at the back, but still feels meandering and at times watery, on a body that could use a little more chewiness. Sampled while sitting outside waiting for the ribs to finish. Second mediocre Kellerbier of the night.

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark orange with a creamy head. Sourdough, hay, bread, grain, citrus. Mild dry bitterness, grainy corny papery sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, mild dry grainy bittersweet abrupt finish. It’s a simple Kellerbier, quite light bodied and short in finish.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is grainy, some bready, sweet malty and mild citrus tones. Flavour is citrus, wooden, some sweet malty and mild herbal tones. Caramel and wood in the aftertaste.

Bottle picked up from Kaufland Rothenburg ob der Tauber, consumed at home Sunday 24th October 2021, listening to Trentmøller - Lost. We have Belgian Beef Carbonnade for tea. Pours hazy gold (unfiltered as I recall) a white head. Nice Kellerbier, good mouthfeel, flavourwise it's malty with a nod towards caramel, a light nutty touch, light bitterness, I could happily drink a few of these.

Rating No. 11900 Bottled 500ml. -Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, malty grainy nose. Sweet malty, grainy, grassy and slightly herbal with touch of honey in the finish.
