Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some caramel malt notes as well as tart notes. Taste is a nice mix of oak and caramel notes with some tartness with some funky finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice complex wild ale with good drinkability and balance.

On tap at the brewery. Pours deep orange. Toffee, apple, prune, Belgian dubbel yeast character, biscuit. Medium body. Decent.

Draught at the source: pours copper with a small head. Aroma is yeasty, caramel, bubblegum. Taste is some light earthy bitterness, some sweetness. Good.
