Small but sustained frothy head. Milky banana aroma. Herbal bitter flavor. Some banana and orange fruitiness. Bitter aftertaste.

Tap at Franconian Beer Festival 2019. Cloudy orange-gold with a thick head. Nose is wheat malt, clove, orange, melon. Sweet, lots of stone fruits in the flavor, also melon and hints of tropical fruit, peaches. Hugely fruity and flavorful.

Milk oatmeal nose, Cloudy white yellow cloudy. Medium body, chewy, light spice, light mealy, dry, good balance, pleasant.

Cloudy yellow. Aroma is unripe banana artificial banana some yeast. Very green and minerally. Taste is dandelion. Some yeast profile with sour and sweet grass. Minerally. Ok.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, bananas, dough. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fine!

500ml Bottle - Hazy golden in colour. Grain, lemon and some floral notes in the aroma. Ripe bananas, lemon, toffee and some slightly metallic notes in the taste. Not as clean as many beers of this type from Franconia but drinkable.

Draft @ Fränkisches Bierfest, Nürnberg. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity wheat malty banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

Appearance: Cloudy golden color with a big white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Mild wheat, some banana and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Light banana, mild citric, some wheat and yeast.
Overall impression: A little bit to moderate hefe weisse. Easy drinkable. Felt a bit thin.

Bottle looks simple, but okay. Beer in the glass light yellow, nice head. Starts mild, quite moldy, modest yeasty, not too dry. A bit moldy-grasy. Finish drier, still dominated by malty notes. Okay.
