Antedate is a bright and drippy Saison brewed with raw wheat and primary fermented in a large oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and house mixed cultures. Secondary fermented on second use Oregon-grown Marionberries and fresh lemon juice. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Just so zippy and juicy! Notes of lingonberry soda, lemon lime slushee, Concord grape, light oak character, and sweet tart candies

Bottle, courtesy of Orest. Pours pinky orange. White grape, gooseberry, lemon juice, zesty citrus, light raspberry, dry passionfruit. Gorgeous light spritzy body. Excellent.

Bottle shared with my wife: pours orangish red with a tiny fizzy head. Aroma is loads of funky yeast, hints of marionberries, a good bit of lemon. Taste is fairly sour and somewhat acidic. Taste has berries in there but they are subtle but add to the sweetness. Very soft carbonation. Interesting, but a little underwhelming.
