Our Gose-Inspired Farmhouse Ale brewed with Connecticut grown wheat and barley and fermented in stainless steel. Thoughtful additions of sea salt, coriander, and citrus are made along the way. After primary fermentation, Leeway was given time to further develop in one of our oak foeders before bottling and bottle-conditioning.

A4 draught, 7/30/24. Cloudy lemony-golden. Frothy, well-retained, white head. Lovely cultured acidity in the nose with cracker and nutty biscuit from the wheat. Gentle salinity and a bright, refreshing, lemony finish. Very aromatic, clean and crisp. Juicy, bright, with softer acidity balancing the lactic character as wheat and base malt provides ample support. Tart, juicy, refreshing and with light salinity that intensifies the finish and rounds the citrus somewhat. Exceptional stuff. Souch flavor and so polished.

On tap at Milk and Hops UES. Pours very pale gold. Saline, sharp citrus, rose water, lime zest. Medium body. Decent.
