Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Tart, dry, fruity nose - perhaps I can sense a hint of the Rhubarb. Medium body, lactic tart with quite some elderflower coming through - a bit surprising as I would've expected them to drown in this sour environment. Decent, but very far from one of Brekeriets most interesting creations. 090921
