330ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon citrus, mineral, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, light barnyard, citrus fruit, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Beaverex '18 Day II, 08/09/18. Lightly hazed pale golden yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is grassy, orange pith, melon, lemon rind. Taste comprises pale malts, tangerine, light pine needle, melon, toasted grains, bready notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

From backlog. Draught @ Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Smooth, juicy fruity and hoppy with some grainy malty notes, pine, citrus and hay. Okay.

13.10.2018 -- on tap at bierrevier in basel, 7 fr/.33l. pours a cloudy pale golden with a frothy head. aroma of passion fruit, spruce. flavour of spruce, tropical fruity hops, passion fruit. rather dry. chalky mouthfeel.

At CBFZ 2018. Pours cloudy greenish yellow. Aroma is strong citric fruit, passion fruit. Body is medium, bitter and juicy and oily, typically new england. Not feeling the Dinkel at all, but who cares, it's good.

Tap at BeaverEx2018, London. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, dryness, hops and malts. Pretty good!

Tap. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is grassy, cheesy hops, biscuity. Taste is grassy, a bit cheesy, interesting spelt profile.
