Buy some Bonestorm or go to hell!
The Burn Em fellas swung up to Transient, so of course we needed to make something different… well, different for us…
This West Coast Inspired IPA is our first of the style, and we loaded it up with all the things we love(d) of those crispy clear IPAs. Showcasing Hop Head Farms Cascade, Howe Farms Chinook and Citra (because it’s great and why not?)
It’s clear, crispy, and dry. You want it and you need it to break up al the hazy bois.

Clear golden and very light bronze coloured body with a nice three to four centimetre tall off-white, microfoamed head which stays afloat nicely on top. Aroma of pineapple, light citrus fruits, grass, hay, a little bit of biscuity malts and a dash of sugars near the end. Light to Medium-bodied; Very nice dry and grassy hop notes up front with some subdued bitterness from the alpha acids of the hops with a mild sweetness and balanced (but on the light side) malt component. Aftertaste is fairly straight-forward, with the drier, grassy flavours coming out way more than anything fruity and the bitterness has gone away, and left in it's place is a bit of aspartame and fake sugars, paired with wheatie and light malt notes - very easy-drinking on the end. Overall, a nice enough IPA that is pretty new school, but has a few mild aspects of a more traditional East Coast IPA. Great to try fresh from my trip to [my old home] in Michigan, but back home [in my new home] in Washington. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Everyday Wines in Ann Arbor, Michigan on 02-August-2021 for US$4,00 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-August-2021.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear deep gold with a finger of off-white head that lingers. Dried pineapple, pine and citrus pith on the nose. Palate is similar with a dry finish.
