This beer strikes an elegant balance of sour and sweet. Refreshingly tart and fruity with bright effervescence, this Sour Apricot packs rich apricot flavor in every can while retaining just the right amount of acidity from the use of Lactobacillus Brevis in the kettle.

5.0% ALC/VOL 17 IBU

Food pairing suggestions: Sharp cheddar and aged brie— or really any other cheese you like for that matter. Or just about any other food. Sour Apricot complements savory, spicy, and sweet flavors, so the possibilities are endless.

History

Dry Dock’s Sour Apricot was developed out of a series of kettle sour experiments at South Dock, created by adding Lactobacillus in the wort prior to fermentation. This approachable and sessionable sour ale joins Dry Dock’s year-round lineup of canned beers available across the state of Colorado.

tart apricot character. Slight refreshing good summer beer

Bursting with sourish apricots. Tastes like the pits were ground and thrown in for good measure. Love it.
