Circular Symbol passionfruit gose. Can at first THT 2019. Hazy pale straw with huge fluffy white head. Sweet passionfruit, passionfruit candy, fruit juice, soft salt. Mostly passionfruit juice. Medium sweet, light tart and salty. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Can shared at THT January ‘19 thanks to Jmgreenuk. Fairly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of big sweet passion fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can at the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a milky straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, grainy, yeast, passion fruit, light floral. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, fruity, sugary passion fruit, grainy mineral palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Knocked a point or two off as it’s not a Gose, as nice as it is.
