The brewer calls it "the dyslexic's beer" (details of the tale are only to be given face to face). This is a beer we brewed based on a relic: kveik! We call it by this name because it uses an ancient yeast from Northern Europe, from the Hornindal former municipality in the old Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The yeast is intensely tropical in flavour. We added generous, yet balanced amounts of hops. This is a beer made for drinking in the Romanian heat, while dreaming of the Norwegian cool.
