A very deep, dark red, sherry coloured almost. Heavy fruity smell, loads of currant, subtle bourbon. Warmingly boozy, definitely some alcohol, not too sticky sweet. Taste is intense yet smooth. Loads of all fruits, some bourbon, some wood. Damn good stuff
