Darker coppery brown, medium offwhite head, ok lasting. Gentle nose, some biscuits, some dry fruits thst get more pronounced. Moderately sweet, lots of dry fruits (figs and dates). Gentler bitterness, some berry sweetness in the finish. Lasting aftertaste. Slight alcohol warmth. Silky texture. Medium body. Nicely drinkable.

ABV: 9.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, sweet malt, dusty, pine, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, resinous bitter, sweet malt, caramel, cake - dried fruit, dusty, light nutty, light piney. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190928]

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 2. Clear dark amber color, beige head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, malt bitters although also a nice amount of sweetness. Pleasant barleywine.
