Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a dense, light brown head. Chewy fruity nose with ploenty of biscuity and crystal malts. Alcohol is there. Rich, sweet caramelly body, biscuity with overripe fruits. Sufficient bittering hops with a warming alcohol finish. Superb barley Wine. 161022

Bottle at BBT 6/2022. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sweetness, medium bitterness and med-light warming alcohol, very pleasant and well rounded. Centered on caramel, candy sugar, light biscuits. Light dried fruits. Not overly complex, but very well balanced and relatively easy drinking. Very good.

BBT 06/2022. Amber color with white head. Aroma of sweet malt, molasses, caramel. This is Beer. Caramel, candies, malt, light toasty notes, light hops in background. Nice.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Dark amber with a medium head. Sweet with malt, caramel, dried fruit, mild hops and some apricot. Full body and with a long finish. Very nice.

8-4-8-5-16 Bottle, 330 ml, 10 % ABV, ten months before bbd. Pours clear dark maroon, with a creamy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts with caramels, raisins, plums and dark fruits, as well as herbal hops with earthy farmhouse, leafy minerals and wooden notes. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with dark bread, cocoa, leather and dark fruity notes, as well as earthy hops with herbs and wooden notes. Semi dry dusty finish. Complex, yet easy drinking brew. Quaffable, and really well balanced.
