In bocca è acida, leggermente citrica e lattica, fruttata, secca, tart, pulitiza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Rinfrescante.

awesome sour and slightly herbal and tart aroma, laters sniffs are less sour, more herbal , hibiscus and passion fruit. lots of hibiscus. flavor is very sour, great herbal and hibiscus and passion fruit balance, perhaps a little bit rough around the edges, but for sure a very nice sour. great wild beer with lots of flavor from added stuff.

Draught@HBF2018. Pink colour, small white head. Aroma is sour berries, lactoce, mild funk as well as some brett. Flavour is brett, some berries, rhubarb and mild herbal and spiced tones.
