In April our great friend Ryan Witter-Merithew joined us here in Queens for 8 days filled with fun and brewing. Random IPA Generator is our one of the beers from that week and our first (but not last!) collaboration with Casita Cerveceria. Brewed with wheat, oats, malted 2-row barley, and hopped with Galaxy, New Zealand Cascade, Segal Ranch High Oil Cascade and Simcoe.

Hotel tasting. Imperial Hotel. Can. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and with decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Mild spice. Mild citrus peel. Light dry spicy finish. Light creamy sweetness runs throughout. Tidy. .

Can at Kens Hotel, Copenhagen - orange pour with white head. Juicy fruity with hits of grapefruit and tangerine, smooth juicy medium body, fruity hoppy finish.
