Flesje gekregen van Tomhendriksen en thuis gedronken. Diep donkerbruin bier met een dun laagje schuim. Aroma van gebrande mout. Smaak van chocolade en koffie. Nasmaak van verbrand hout.

Donkerbruin tot zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm en bitterzoet met iets van bittere chocolade, koffie, wat room en vanille. De Bourbon is echter nauwelijks te ontdekken.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of soft roasted malt, dark chocolate, licorice, soft smoke, burned caramel, coffee and earthy vanilla. Taste has smooth earthy vanilla, caramel, chocolate, licorice, soft smoke, coffee, soft roasted malt and indeed a little bourbon, usually I don't get the bourbon infused vanilla, but I got it now. Very nice.

Rating overgezet. Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een donkerbruin bier met een dun beige schuim. Het aroma van gebrande mout en chocolade met tonen van vanille. Het heeft een duidelijke vanille smaak, chocolade en koffie.

Sorachi ace op een RIS is een beproefd geweldig recept. En dan veel madagascar vanille erbij. Het heeft potentie, maar is alleen net iets te roasty en wat dun. Nog steeds erg fijn

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of earthy vanilla, chocolate, licorice, bourbon, smoke and caramel. Taste of milk chocolate, bourbon vanilla booze, licorice, earthy vanilla, caramel and a boozy, somewhat smokey finish. Bit unbalanced, like they just poured some bourbon in the beer.
