[ As Lindheim Cherry Farmhouse Saison ].Clear light to medium yellow - red amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, saison yeast, cherry, cherry stones. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, cherry, cherry stone bitter, sharp, saison yeast, peppery. Unbalanced. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]
