Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - red pour with a pink head. Aroma and taste comprises cherry and berry fruits, some slight fruity spice in there, barnyard yeasty, with a dry finish. Pretty tasty brew.

Murky red color with a small pinkish head. Lots of cherry in the aroma. Medium + body. Mellow sweetness and an unusual fine bitterness. Soft carbonation. Lovely balanced flavour. Cherry, almonds and marzipan. One of the best cherry ale I have tasted. Even better than 1. edition from Lindheim.

On tap @ Cardinal. Clear reddish, dark golden body with a big, creamy, stable off-white head. Aroma is quite light with berries like cherry and not so much more to be found. Flavor is sweet and strong cherry, slightly acidic, spicy like Saison and hint of almond and some bitterness towards the end. Fine body and a bit more moderate cherry aftertaste. Nice, quiet balanced and pleasant one this. Feels natural.

On tap at the brewpub. A clear one, reddish golden-amber in color, topped by an almost white head. There’s a light berry touch in the aroma, a faintly spiced peppery note, some pale malts and a light citric touch. Some dried fruits as well. There’s a light bitternes and sourness in the flavor, as well as the cherries, some peppery notes from the saison and some pale malt notes in the back. It’s lightly citric and dry on the palate, finishing with berries. A quenching and tasteful beer, very easy drinkable. Hope to have it again. 140531
