On tap @ Crowbar. This is a blurry looking golden one with a nice medium sized lingering and eventually islandy white top. No doubt that it's saison yeasted. It's really fresh on the nose with lots of green fruits, wet grass, grapefruit and traces of wheat sweetness and oranges. Smells really nice. It's so what sweet in the taste. Really fruit saison sweet - just the way I like my saisons. The carbonation level is just above average and it feels light oily in the mouth. Someone slightly acidic here, like acidic fruits Ripe acidic and sweet fruits. Traces of brett and white gooseberries also here. It's a beautiful one. Would not mind a bottle of this on a late summer night outside on the terrasse. 25.05.2014

Pinky color, creamy off-white head. Cherry and riped strawberry in the nose. Light-bodied. Fizzy. Cherry, strawberry jam in the flavor. Simple. A bit too light for this ABV.

50cl bottle @ Vaasa sessions. Reddish amber color with a thin white head. Candy sweetness, cherries, almondy aroma, strawberries. Flavor has sweetness, cherries, almonds. Suitably sweet.

Bottled (from ’Polet, Kirkenes). Reddish ruby colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is mild cherries, with some wood, and stuff. Flavour is wood, some cherries, mild bready and yeasty notes. Quite balanced, and nicely dry as well.

Shared bottle @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours reddish amber with off-white head. Aroma of vanilla, cherries, effervescent powder, horse stable, pipe tobacco. Tastes tart with some fruity sweet- and sourness.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 18.01.16. Clear dark golden. Off-white head and lacing. Moderate aroma of wood and dried berries. Similar and fruity taste, with lots of berries. Still quite dry. Ver quaffable.

Flaske 500ml. Gave fra Rune. Drukket på Bergstua 6 Okt 15. Gyldenbrun med et lite rødskjær. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig skum med rødskjær. Daler sakte. Spotlacing. God søt bæraroma. Smaken er kirsebær. Lite annet. Syrlig ettersmak.

Flaske fra polet i Haugesund, på hotellrommet: klar, dyp rødgylden med fint skum. Deilig aroma med kirsebær, mandel, litt krydder og gjær. Smaken likeså (med et par saftige epler diskret i bakgrunnen), og med en fin karbonering og godt kalibrert tørr bitterhet mot slutten som gjør at jeg bare MÅ ha en slurk til.

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Hazy, amber colour with a reddish tinge. Thin, white head. Fruity aroma with cherries, coconuts (?), yeasts and caramel malts. Taste is lightly sweet. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity. Very enjoyable.

clear red large pink head old cherries in the aroma. flavor is cherries, slightly spicy yeasty. claims to be a saison, but is way more like a fruit beer.
