On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Red colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of cherries and almonds. Fruity but not too sour flavour, cherries of course, but not very sweet. Noticeable hops in the finish. Very enjoyable.

200ml draught. Bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Near-clear, dark red coloured body. Naked surface. Aroma of sweet cherry with hints of yeasty fruitiness. Sweet and dry flavours of cherry, yeast and almond beneath Very dry ending. A little bland in the mouth. So and so (meetup with OleR at Café Sara in Oslo 20.06.2014).

Pours clear copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of mal,t yeast, cherries and pepper. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly dry, cherry and pepper finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
