Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some herbal and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is toffee, mild toated tones, some wort and mild wood.

Bottle. Has a clear reddish brown colour with a beige head. Light aroma with a some malty touch. Flavour of wood, grass and fudge. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and bitterness. Thin lager. Could be more expressed despite being non alcoholic.

Shared bottle at HNB’s yule beer tasting on board Fridtjofen 11th/12th of December 2015. Clear, pale amber. Average and diminishing off-white head. Not much lacing. Aroma of wort and bread and not much hops. Moderate sweetness. Light bitterness and short taste.
