Lukt: Høy, gjær, eik og litt krydder.
Utseende: Dunkel gulbrun farge.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende skum.
Smak: Fruktig, plomme, noe krydder.

50cl bottle (4,6% - batch#084) from Meny Alna, Oslo. Pours hazy brownish orange with a large, tanned head. Yeasty and slightly fruity aroma with soapy notes, spices, citrus peel, herbs and hints of honey. Moderate to medium sweet and quite flavourful with a light acidity and mild bitterness. Bottled. Hazy yellowish oange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, toffeeish and some caramel to it. Flavour is fruity, floral and some mild herbal notes.

Bottle. A big, off-white head forms over an orange colored body. The aroma is quite yeasty, in a good way, with citrus peel, some resins and pale malts. A spiced touch too. The flavor feels a bit too sweet, guess it’s just the full body that does it, because it doesn’t taste sugary and it’s actually quite dry on the palate. There’s pale malts, some herbal and peppery hints and nice bitterness towards the end. Lasting fruity and citrusy finish. A bit too much body in this one, but it’s a fine brew anyway. 150228

Stark hefig süßer Beginn, zu dem die grobe Karbonisierung nicht passt. Blumig hefig mit kurzen trockenen Einschüben. 9/8/7/8/8/8

Gylden brun noe tåkete med høyt hvitt skum. Geysir - mye av godsakene havnet på bordet, skikkelig futt i denne. Lukter epler, blomster og bær. Syrlig, lett bitter smak med noe søtlige toner. Lang bitter avslutning.

500 ml bottle. Hazy golden/orange body with a huge, frothy off-white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy with lots of typical Saison yeast. Flavor is rather sweet malt, a hint of honey and rather spicy with Saison yeast and moderate bitterness. Fine balanced body and decent aftertaste. Quite classic Belgium Saison style, perhaps a bit on the sweet side that might has something to do with the moderate alcohol level. Nice one anyway.
