200ml draught at the brewpub. Low beige head to a jet black body. Crocheted lacing. Roasted malty aromas with brown sugar and liquorice. Dark malty flavours with roasted coffee beans, oak and rum. Creamy malty ending. Full bodied and warming. Works very well for me (Oslo 10.12.2015).

On tap at Crowbar & Bryggeri, Oslo. Slightly hazy dark brown with a modest off-white to beige head. Roasty aroma with chocolate, coffee, malt and hints of hops. Moderate to medium sweet with nice roasty flavours and a fairly dry and bitter finish. Svart med fingerhøyt lys brunt skum. Lukter søtt, brunt sukker og espresso. Smaker lett bittert og salt. Lakris og kaffe. Fyldig. Lang ettersmak. (Grûnerløkka mat- og mikrobryggerifestival).
