Tap. Clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is whisky-ish, flowery honey, but the honey flavours are rather mild. Taste is whisky, flowery honey. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite strong.

A blonde mead with aroma of sweet honey, light citrus, alcohol warmth and light woody notes. In mouth, a nice smooth mix of honey, bourbon barrel, light mineral notes, nice fruity esters, very nice. Bottle at meadery.

Bottle at Superstition, pours a clear yellow. Aroma brings out fairly dry honey, followed by wonderfully integrated bourbon notes, light smoke. Flavour is subtle, bringing out dry smoky bourbon barrels, booze, dry fermented honey. Gentle body, with plenty of booze. Not my favourite Superstition but it's solid for what it is.
