Golden pale, and this looks viscous. Lots of honey, lightly floral, full body. Nice clean standard mead, the bourbon lends maybe some char to it. Very American in how much residual sugar there is.

Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours clear super pake straw yellow with no head. The aroma is oily, sweet, sappy, intoxicating, honeycomb, savoury cracker, boiled sweets, touch green and agave. The taste is slick, oily, unctuous, heavy honey character, honey cake, agave, aloe vera, melon, warming booze, fairly light, touch of oak tannin with a drying finish. Average body and light oily mouth feel. Easy going.
Clear golden body light legging. Woody honey aroma. Woody earthy honey flavor. Medium body no carbonation. 7/3/8/4/15 3.7

Pours very light, clear pale yellow. Scent is complex, very floral, natural honey (rough, but gentle ) . Definately builds up a sweeter expectation. Taste is fairly sweet indeed. Medium body, complex floral touch with a gentle, tongue-hugging complex honey taste.

Sample, thanks to Danlo. Cheers Ed. Very pale appearance. Prominent bourbon influence on the nose, sweet honey. Taste is strong, nicely complex, with a strong sweet honey presence rounded nicely with the bourbon.. additionally floral vanilla notes, oily palate. Very good.

750ml bottle. Batch No. 19 Bottle 1082 of 1200. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of honey, floral, woody. Taste is sweet, honey, blossom, spiced, wood, oak, vanilla, earthy, boozy, with alittle citric tartness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, earthy boozy finish. Nicely sippable.
Very nice. Lemon/floral/honey/herbal/smoke/bourbon/vanilla/oak/pepper. Semidry. Lingering acid/tang/tannins. Smooth sipping, mild warmth. Clean/well rounded honey/barrel complexity. A lot drier than I expected but really enjoyable.

Golden white wine appearance. Aroma full of oak and honey. Sweet with oak and vanilla and bourbon undertones. Strong but hides the alcohol well. Nice one from a former home town of mine.
