Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, yeast, apricot funk, and lemons. The flavor is sour with notes of funk, yeast, apricot, lemons, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Highland Park Science Sucks Apricot ].Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, funky, dry, apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, farmyard, funky, apricot, fruity - stone fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. MBCC. Sightly hazy peach coloured with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon, tart and peach. Flavour is malt, fruit, peach, apricot, citric, lemon, medium sweet and a little dry.

On tap at Warpigs. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Nicely sour with apricot, funk and some light malt. A pleasant one.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Guldisig med vitt skum. Sött med toner av aprikos, torkad aprikos och aprikoskärnor i doften. Pigg och frisk kropp med fin syrlighet. I smaken ännu mer aprikoskärnor. Mycket gott!

MBCC. Hazy pale orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, apricot and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 120518

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Hazy pale amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is apricot, peach, lemon, apples and wild yeast. Taste is slightly to medium acidic with strong presence of lemon and apricot leading to a medium sour and funk finish. Next one please!
