Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Wenig Hibiskus, milde Herbe, spritzig. Mit der Zeit würziger, trocken, mittellanger Abgang. Nett. 9/10/11/9/8/9

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a slightly hazy, reddish amber with a lacing, off-white head. Nose is somewhat sharp, estery and phenollic - typical Saison yeast. Medium body, an initial slight sweetness, flowery, berry like and then the beer turns very dry and yeasty with a subdued bitterness. Slightly tart - salty even? Weird brew. 160222

330ml bottle. Cloudy, pink-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, floral-fruity aroma, notes of hibiscus, a touch of rose hip, minimally grainy and wheaty, malty background. Taste is bone dry, floral fruity, notes of hibiscus, a bitter-leafy-medicamentous touch, some fruit acidic tartness, wheaty malty background with subtle sweetness. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Refreshing, a tad monotonous - OK.

Bottle @ KCBD18. Pours cloudy dark orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of rosehip wit notes of malt and yeast. Sweetish flavour of hibiscus and rosehip, wit malty and estery nites and mild bitter hints of hops. Estery and fruity aftertaste. Pleasant but more refreshing than exciting. Lille!

Bottle, 7.9% at KCBD18. Strange flowery aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small white head. The flavour has a Belgian yeast note and a citric, fruity note. A bit too perfumy for me, but nicely citric.
