A long time in the making, Three Hills Brewing have teamed up with imperial stout specialist Damien Doherty of The Emperor’s brewery.
Both fans of Mexican food & smoked chillis, a molé inspired beer was born.
The base beer has aspects of Three Hills BPAVK base with a few adjustments & small addition of smoked malt.
Fermented with mollasses & Demerara sugar for added depth & complexity.
Conditioned on Mexican cacao nibs & morita chipotle chillis.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Jet black with a nice thin but tight head. Aroma is chocolate and slight smoky malt. Hints of warming chili and slightly sweet. Very smooth and easy drinking.

330ml bottle. Pours jet black with a medium head. Aroma is warm chilli and smoked bacon. Taste has dark chocolate, smoked bacon and light, warm chilli.
