Bottle at Wakefest. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head. The aroma is toasted grain, biscuit, earth, honey. Slick body, spice, honey, bready malt, light tartness, very good.

Bottle from WolfBrew in NC around the start of the new year. Obviously more of a wild ale/bier de miele than kvass. Pint glass at home during the spring lockdown. A very slow bottle bomb creep that never happens. Dusty lemon body with a retreating, thin white head. Smells of lemon & wildflower honey pre & post ferment. Taste is lemon, honey florals, orange bitters, really crusty/hearty bread, salt. Lingering crust & bittergreens. Solid twang. Frothy, well kept carbonation, with a bit of thickness. Alcohol doesn't seem as small as the label says(2.8%). Time in storage well spent. Fun, complex & refreshing.

Bottle 750ml. @ MBCC'18 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Fonta Flora Ticky Ticky Buzz ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, minty, fruity yeast, minerals, herbal, cardamon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, mint, dry, wheat, spicy - cardamon, sweet malt - sugary - honey, herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 7-3-6-3-14

MBCC. Hazy pale yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, spices, herbsand lemon. Flavour is malt, herbs, spices, artificial. lemon, citric and medium sweet.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Blekgul, spökdisig med vitt skum. Doft och smak av honung, kardemumma, säd, citrus och syltad ingefära. Lätt, rena smaker, fin syrlighet och kropp. Mycket gott!
