A blend of 20 month old Imperial Stout from Weller Barrels and young decadent Imperial Stout. This blend was conditioned on eight pounds of Tahitian and Ugandan Vanilla beans, Hazelnuts, and a touch of cinnamon. Aromas and flavors of waffle cones, cinnamon toasted almonds, subtle balaton cherry cobbler, and caramel.

Dark brown. No head. Big hazelnut and chocolate aroma. There's some toasty nuts, vanilla, a touch of fruitiness. Not sure I get the cinnamon here, but that's okay. Some alcohol coming through, fairly boozy in the finish. It's big. Fairly bitter, good complexity, tasty drop.

750ml (thx, Tom B. for picking it up and keeping it during the 3 ways of COVID!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: almost black with a weak beige head. Aroma: vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, kind of chocolate. Taste: in exact accordance with the description with quite noticeable cinnamon and boozy notes. Overall: pretty good, but I am not as excited as some people got.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with vanilla beans, moderate cinnamon, dark fruits, and bourbon barrels. Flavour is quite boozy, with lots of dark dried fruits, waffle cones, light cinnamon, some caramel, and bourbon. I don't get the vanilla or hazelnuts. Interestingly, the flavours I taste don't correspond all that quickly with the actual ingredients. It's boozy and rather harsh. Not my favourite flavour profile, but it's balanced reasonably well. Not working amazingly well for me, but it's solid.

-1 point for the silly wax. Vanilla, ice cream, I Dame Blanche /I, nutty. Vanilla, alcohol and fusels raging. Again nuts, spices, roast, maraschino cherry. Ridiculously thick syrupy, rather low carbonation. Way too sweet and syrupy to be fully enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours black with small tan head. The aroma is intense hazelnut, roast, vanilla, cocoa, bourbon, wood. Thick body, hazelnut, vanilla, milk chocolate, wood, light boozy finish, enjoyed this.
