This dark copper beer is a combination of ale and lager brewing techniques. This hybrid style balances subtle chocolate and coffee flavours from German malts, with the tangerine, spicy and floral flavours of two American hops – Liberty and Mt. Hood.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep amber to chestnut. Creamy and slightly off-white head. Nose - brown bread, orange, a bit like marmalade on toast. Taste - malt loaf and orange. Light herbaceous note. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy texture, roasty bitterness on the finish. Overall - yeah, I like this.
